Failed on Start (Moss 2007) Error

I faced this typical error while I was working on Sharepoint in my company. I could successfully resolve this issue by doing some rigorous research and spent so much of hard work.

I want to express my anger over here as what i did was actually MINE (my hard earned knowledge and reputation) and not someone else's work. But, one of the person (I shud say 2) took it away from me and projected this hard work of mine as his and he got promoted ! How sick people are? How greedy and mindless people are? Well everyone in the company knows that it was done by me, but, how come someone else is given the appreciation and award? Silly right! Its a conspiracy because of professional and personal mix at work. Anyways, those who did this to me will surely get their chunk of bad-luck and will lose the ill earned reputation on their head. They do not have any ethics and no respect where ever they go.
